Introduction. I believe in God Who is a giant set of systems belonging to both the tangible and the intangible* worlds. Every part of these systems, including Man**, exists for a certain purpose. The most intriguing part of this postulate is, of course, that the concept of God includes Man, that is every one of us. History has shown that certain ideas have ruled the minds of many at the same time. I believe, the time has come when there is little doubt that everything in the world happens under the influence of a certain force, energy or idea. Our quest is to understand whether we, residents of the material world, are blind tools or conscious participants in the grand scheme of the unseen. In the Beginning the Search for Meaning you will read about my and my son's mutual discoveries, starting on his fifth birthday. How we both were equally intrigued by the secrets of the universe and how we discovered an invisible "something", that tangibly impacts every person’s life, each in a different way. Later came a time when we had no time for search – everyday life had thrown us into a whirlwind of events. Nevertheless, we had already made a connection with this "something" that we had already called God – with a tangible benefit to ourselves. Recently, I have taken the next step in my inquiry. This time it was my granddaughter Anna – all grown up, an 18-year old college freshman -- who was my outside cue to continue advancing. She wrote in a philosophy paper that the world came to a dead end, and it was everyone’s job to fix it. I had a thought, but have not yet made up my mind to tell her: But how do you do that? After all, you are talking about the whole world! There must be some universal idea that sets the strategy and coordinates actions of individuals. Anyone who is serious about fixing the world would need to try to understand how these processes work. Clearly, everyone has his own methods, paths and possibilities in the way of gaining knowledge. I invite you, my reader, to take a journey through the labyrinth of my cognition of God. Let’s go as far as our imagination can take us. Granted, many great minds have written on this subject and we could simply read about it. I am all for reading, but only after we try to invent our own wheel. I will describe my technology for learning in the section entitled My Guardian Angel. I will also tell you how I see Man and Intangible World as components of God. We will address Freedom and Necessity, and talk a little bit about Sin, Good and Evil.. Author's
comments: ** Man (along with his body and soul related to it) in this context is part of the God concept. Exists only during body's material life.
2. Beginning the Search for Meaning.
-- Why is the sky blue, but the snow is white?
Vita, who had been satisfied with herself and her intellect up to that point, discovered with astonishment that she was completely ignorant and, worse, had no concern for the fact. She turned for help to Lev Naumovich, who, unlike her, held untapped reserves of encyclopedic knowledge in his head. Luckily, R&D work under the socialism allowed one to save time allocated to projects in favor of entertaining topics of general interest. And -- an avalanche of information rushed into Vita's happily uncluttered brain. Her mind, up to that point given almost exclusively to the problems of manufacturing equipment, started off on an entirely new path, where it continued to run independently. What a world opened up to her! Great physicists. Great biologists. Great philosophers. It turned out that they too were looking for answers to the question: "Where is everything from?" As Sasha grew up, he threw new questions into the mix. Nothing made any sense. On the contrary, as Vita’s search continued, things became more and more confusing. The Greats, it seemed, had shared in the same feeling. At last, written without a single formula to speak to the ordinary reader, a book by Albert Einstein and Leopold Infeld, entitled The Evolution of Physics presented itself to Vita’s stunned imagination. Her world was turned upside down.
Does this mean that all is predetermined?!

3. My Guardian Angel |
Every now and then people feel the urge to take a fresh look at their fundamental values and their life as a whole. Typically, this happens somewhat late in life, if it happens at all – when the end is perhaps not so near, but it’s time to look back and recap. Assessment – and, even more so, reassessment of such things – is a serious matter. Why take this step? Sometimes life calls for a critical decision. For a "Yes" or a "No" at a major crossroads. Where to turn for advice? To avoid talking to myself, I usually pick an imaginary companion. I have many to choose from. Depending on the subject-matter, it could be real people, even those close to me, whom I chose as opponents for my inner dialogue. Sometimes, it is characters from books or movies. Lately it’s been abstract figures, to whom I must give names in order that they may come alive as I talk about them. With one of these, I routinely discuss my life and make decisions. I could call this personage “myself”, “my inner I”, “my inner voice”, “my ego”, my mentor or patron saint from another world... I could think of many more words I associate with Him. Yes, Him, unequivocally masculine by gender. He is not God, no – ranking far below that, and much more concrete. I am not sure of his exact whereabouts: inside or outside of my body? Part of me or not? Does He belong only to me? I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know. I only know that He is right here with me, and that I can talk to Him or send Him an "SOS!" In any event, to get on with my story, I must give Him a name. It’s trite, but charming nonetheless: My Guardian Angel! I love fancy words! I should explain now how a Guardian Angel acts as a mentor or a patron from the intangible world. It seems logical to me that every person should have something of the sort. Otherwise, the tangible and the intangible worlds could never work together as a unified whole. “Above", there are those who develop programs for the material world. "Below" - we, who turn them into something tangible, to experiment and experience. Mentors from the “Above" could be smart or silly, just like here, in our world. I'm lucky to have a very bright one! Patron saints could also be powerful or not so much, just like anywhere else. And yet they hold our destinies in their hands. I guess I got lucky again. Thank you, fellas! Am I being too bold? And why not? You design, I implement. I am working just as hard! 4. Man and
His Freedom of Choice. Is it true that we have freedom of choice every day of our lives? I do not think so. It stands to logic that life places certain responsibilities on each one of us, creating a corridor or a labyrinth, within whose boundaries only does the freedom of choice really exist. God is ready to fulfill all plans borne of our desires, but only within this "corridor". The biggest challenge for us is to know our true desires, ourselves, and God. As we define these, we must be absolutely clear and devoid of any doubt, otherwise God will not understand us. So then, must we want only that which has been allowed us? In the grand scheme of things, yes – but first we must realize that freedom is understanding necessity. As long as we do not understand how God “works” for each one of us, we are slaves of the unavoidable, we blindly follow His plan. If, on the other hand, we are able to understand the task entrusted to us by God – this is true freedom. How are we to determine, where we may or may not go? Following the dictum, "Freedom - is conscious necessity," we WANT to do what we fully comprehend as necessary, so much that it gives us comfort and pleasure to do it. Normally, a person would not want to do anything outside the "corridor" set forth for him by God; he lacks the imagination to want anything else. But what if we, nonetheless, cross the boundaries of the "corridor"? Our guilty conscience would torment us forever... This is God’s punishment. Then why is it said that criminals have no remorse? Is it okay for some to break the rules, but not for others? It sure seems that way. Let's recall Adam and Eve. Did Eve have the freedom of choice to eat or not to eat the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil? Did she really have the choice not to eat that fruit? Maybe the whole story was planned by God? It was boring in Eden, no progress. And the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil was already there. What for? As soon as the original sin took place, God accomplished two things at once: - Evil began stimulating Good and progress; - The concept of sin was introduced to regulate human behavior. God punished sins, having set a precedent by chasing Adam and Eve from paradise. People became afraid to commit sins. God himself was pleased with what had happened: “And Lord God said, "Behold, Adam has become as one of Us, knowing Good and Evil." (Genesis, 3.22) As for me, I would put it this way: “Do I want to follow the necessity, shown me by God?” “Yes, and this is my free choice.” 5.
God as a "Personal Essence" 5.3
The Personal part of God - this is what we cannot comprehend by
definition. In the Bible this is God the Father. Creator of the
Acts. Steering, controlling Power and much more, that
incomprehensible. We have no choice but to uplift the hands and
exclaim: "Hallowed be thy name!" Yes, the right of the strong,
no matter how we feel about Him and how He relates to us.
5.4. The purpose of the Cognition of God is Man's desire to
influence the Acts and (or) to receive from God the guidance and
assistance. To do this, Man must find a way to identify himself
with databases in his Personal Essence of God. When
communicating with God, each of us must be a person with some
unique features. It is therefore important to try to "invent the
own wheel". and find our own keywords. 5.5. So for the ability to influence the Acts and receive guidance from God on the basis of the current situation around me I have to create my own keywords, password, user name, a prayer or anything else to identify myself and to access my database in the essential systems of God.
